Community Solutions of MN is a licensed adult foster care facility located in Albertville, Minnesota, which is conveniently located 45 minutes from the Twin Cities and 30 minutes from St Cloud. We provide 24 hour care and staff supervision for up to four adults in a family-like environment. All services are individual and based on the needs of the recipient. Our homes provide a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. We strive to make each residence feel as close to home as possible. Residents have a private bedroom and are encouraged to make it their own by adding personal touches. Community Solution's residential homes strive to provide a place that encourages independence. We also encourage and send staff to outside trainings as it applies to their job. We feel regular training not only provides additional education but it offers staff opportunities to explore areas of interest and promotes creativity.
